She was born and raised in Southern California and has lived in San Luis Obispo for over 30 years. Peggy earned her Bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University and her Master’s degree at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo.

As a full time Realtor® sales associate, Peggy’s education, knowledge of the local community, and her hands-on background supervising the remodel and construction of several homes, she has a unique perspective in working for clients. She utilizes Coldwell Banker Premier real estate's expert marketing programs to showcase homes on the internet.

She is a member of the local Multiple Listing Service, the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
