Gary Lehman achieved the prestigious honor of the company’s International President’s Circle and was named “Top Producer” on the coast for Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate at the annual awards and recognition celebration which was held Friday February 29^th 2008 at the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo.  As a member of the company’s International President’s Circle, Gary will be extended an invitation to attend the company’s “Elite Retreat,” a three-day conference exclusively for the company’s top producing sales associates. 

Gary was presented this prestigious award by the company’s owner and President George Murphy.  The International President’s Circle recognizes those Coldwell Banker sales associates whose sales performance and dedication are exceptional.   The Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate coast offices in Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria and Paso Robles were in attendance

Gary spent most of his childhood in Minnesota and graduated from high school in Golden Colorado.  Gary attended Fort Lewis College in Durango Colorado before moving back to California where he began his sales career in 1977.  Gary relocated to the Central Coast in 1989 from the San Francisco Bay Area; he has been with Coldwell Banker since October of 1989 and has been an award winning agent for 17 consecutive years.  Gary has a GRI designation, Graduate Realtor Institute; the GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation.  REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.  Friday’s announcement was the second year in a row for Gary to be named the Top Producing agent for all of the coast offices of Coldwell Banker Premier Real Estate.  Gary’s success is the end result of his commitment to providing his clients with exceptional customer service.
